Spring Systems

We have the rights to use the Miracoil™ springs in Malaysian market – the number one spring choice in USA’s consumer and hotel market. Of course, we produce pocket and duralastic spring mattresses as well.

Dreamland was awarded the patent for Leggett & Platt’s (USA) Miracoil™ spring technology – lauded the world’s most advanced spring system. Your guests can rest after a tiring day on a mattress that fully supports their weight – and your housekeeping team will encounter little difficulty when they make up the rooms, with thanks to how lightweight Miracoil™ springs are. It is also the number one spring choice in USA’s consumer and hotel market. Most top hotel chains around the world would specifically request for Miracoil™ spring mattresses to be placed within their walls.

The pocket spring system is one in which coils are encased in individual pockets, hence its name. The coils being in individual pockets allows for independent movements of each coil in the unit, providing a night of uninterrupted sleep.

Duralastic springs – developed in Switzerland – are a tried-and-true spring system. Dreamland Hospitality produces mattresses using this spring with different wire thicknesses, following your specifications.

Comfort Layer

Perhaps you require your hotel’s mattresses to be a one-side use or usable on both sides. Be it a plush top, euro top, or something that feels more extravagant like a double plush top, we are able to provide.

High Density Foam – Combined with the spring system of your choice, high density foams help to provide firmer back support.

Gel-infused Memory Foam – Memory foam infused with gel beads boasts an additional feature: a more cooling sleep.

Custom Made

Custom sizes? Be it something as large as six feet nine inches or as small as two feet nine inches, our masterful managers are ever-ready to take up the challenge of building the perfect custom-sized mattress that suits the hotel’s needs.

Ticking & Treatment

Our mattresses ticking are guaranteed to be comfortable: from high quality damask fabric, to 100% cotton and Jacquard fabric. Match it with a treatment that best suits the needs of the hotel. We use Sanitized for anti-dust mites and Scotch Gard for water repellence. We also have various levels of fire retardant treatment, with the highest being international marine standards (IMO).
